Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact
  • Exchange is applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order

Do you offer refund?

  • We are not offering refunds in any case. For international customers, we only offer exchanges of articles or voucher/discount codes for future online shopping if they cancel their Paid orders..

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Refusing a shipped order may lead to restrictions on future purchases
